Kevin will share what running a school of 900 students actually involves. You will sit in on a staff meeting, review a budget discussion, and have a conversation about discipline policy, hiring, and community relations. He will be direct about the challenges and rewards of educational leadership and what the path from classroom teacher to principal looks like.
